One part large multiple building apartment complex and one part Chesapeake Bay marina, the Watergate Rebranding Project encompassed the full spectrum of signs needed for this type of multi–family residential community.
The wayfinding program for this project was designed with ease of navigation in mind. Whether an individual is heading home to their apartment or heading to their boat for a day on the water the signage package and wayfinding system will get them there and back again.
